Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@lifestylehaven.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Exchanges

Want a different size, colour, or item? We're happy to exchange. Simply follow the return process above and note the item you'd like in exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Opened beauty or skincare products
• Personalised or custom-made items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
