Description
HERA Rich Curling Mascara in #79 Lash Black is a volumizing and curling mascara that coats each lash from root to tip for defined curl and a neat, clump-free finish. Its quick-fixing, buildable formula helps keep curls in place while providing a comfortable feel.
How to Use
Place the brush at the roots of the upper lashes for a few seconds, then lift upward as you curl through the lashes. Lightly brush the lower lashes. For a more defined curl, use an eyelash curler before applying mascara.
Benefits
Creates delicate curls and added volume without clumping. The quick-fixing, buildable formula helps curls stay in place and is designed to resist clumping and smudging. The formula contains biotin and can be removed with lukewarm water.
